Over seas customers outside of the UK please note!
Some countries will charge an extra import surcharge tax on goods coming in from the UK which is out of our control.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases to do the job of feeding, treating & the general welfare of your discus or fish. Please let us know first if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation. We try to ensure that the products are the same as our original shown on our online shop, although sometimes differences do occur. Suppliers do change packaging from time to time, and this will be made clear in the description text.
Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that sizes, colours and designs may vary. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just return it, if possible in the original packaging (with your customer order number) within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement - no questions asked (This only applies to dry goods and not live stock only!!).
Please note we are only able to accept items that have not been used, altered or damaged in your care. The Plymouth discus guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
If the product is damaged in any way or has become broken in transit please call us on +44 (0)7976 200454 or email email@example.com on the same day as delivery.
We only accept returns of dry good products unopened and in sellable condition only at the discretion of Plymouth discus, please contact us first before returning.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
